“The hotel itself is an amazing architecture project with great spaces, beautiful beach front and top of the notch suites and service. I would like to spend a couple of words about the Room Manager Eriec Raditya Wiswamitra - he is such a kind and professional person that has been able to manage in the best way possible the limitation of some space of the hotel due to a private event. He showed us how a good manager should treat Guests - Hospitality industry is not only about design and location...

"Un hotel bello ma un po’ datato, sicuramente non all’altezza di un 5*.
Abbiamo avuto parecchi problemi con l’acqua che non era calda, ma appena tiepida.
Non danno come servizio il late check-out, quindi alle 14.00 bisogna lasciare la struttura
